They say you can’t judge a book by its cover, and that's very true when it comes to termites. These tiny insects don’t look like they could cause any serious harm but nothing could be farther from the truth. Whether you have an active termite problem or are ready to take preventative action, White Knight Pest Control is here to help. Our technicians are experts in termite activity, behavior, elimination, and prevention, and our use of top-of-the-line products makes our termite control services the best in the business!
Termidor
White Knight Pest Control offers Termidor® Certified Professional applications. Termidor® is the most effective termite product in the industry and though many products try to imitate it, none come close. Termidor® can be used in spot treatments and is also applied around the perimeter of your home to provide non-stop protection against termites.
Our Termite Control Services
Termites are small but mighty. They'll eat away at the wood in your house until your home becomes structurally unsound or until you stop them— whichever comes first. Trust us when we tell you that you want to stop them first.
Stopping a termite infestation once it’s begun is possible. However, because termites are rarely seen out in the open and do almost all their work where you can’t see or hear them, a termite colony can go unnoticed for months or even years. The better alternative is to prevent a termite infestation before it occurs.
Termite Inspection
If you suspect termite activity around your Phoenix area home, you don’t want to postpone having a professional termite specialist inspect your house. Give us a call and we’ll send out one of our knowledgeable termite technicians to inspect your home for any visible termite activity or damage to your home.
If you have termites, our termite professionals will be able to give you a quote for treatment the same day as the inspection. If you don’t have termites, we'll provide you with information that outlines what areas of the home are conducive to termites. At this time, it may be a good idea to consider our Termi-Shield Termite Warranty!
Treatment Options
Depending on the type of treatment necessary, it may take several hours to a full day to complete your termite control treatment. White Knight Pest Control offers treatment methods to fit your needs.
Termi-Shield Termite Monitoring
All of our new pest control customers receive our Termi-Shield Termite Monitoring system installed and inspected for FREE! Termi-Shield is an early detection system that is safe, effective, and extremely affordable.
It is recommended that homeowners have their homes inspected for termites twice a year. With Termi-Shield Monitoring stations installed around your home, we will inspect and check the monitoring systems each time we come out for your regular treatment.
Trelona® ATBS
Trelona® Advance Termite Bait Systems (ATBS) provide ongoing structural protection for homeowners through comprehensive termite colony elimination. Trelona® bait stations are strategically installed at regular intervals around the perimeter of your home, creating a ring of protection that uses termites’ natural foraging behavior against them.
While Trelona® baits do not actively attract termites, they are designed to be easily discovered and consumed by termites, from which point their active ingredient can quickly be dispersed throughout the entire colony. Trelona® bait stations utilize the active ingredient Novaluron, a powerful termiticide that works by disrupting the natural growth of immature termites. As the bait is dispersed throughout the colony, it disrupts the termites’ natural growth process, slowly but surely eliminating the entire populations of any termite colonies within your home’s proximity. Termites never sleep, and neither do Trelona® Advance Termite Bait Systems: contact us today for more details!
Wood-Destroying Insect Reports
If you are preparing to buy a home, you may be instructed to submit a WDI report to your lender. A WDI report is a Wood-Destroying Insect report. This report is written by a pest control professional after they have inspected the property for any signs of damage caused by wood-destroying insects or activity from wood-destroying insects.
Even if your lender does not require this report, it’s a wise idea to have one done alongside your home inspection. This prevents you from encountering any unpleasant surprises after you have moved into your new home. For more information about WDI reports or to schedule an inspection, please contact White Knight Pest Control today.
Our Termite Warranty
At White Knight Pest Control we are dedicated to providing effective treatments to rid you of your termite infestation as well as providing termite control services in Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado to prevent termites from ever invading your property. That's why we warranty each of our services. All Termidor® treatments come with a one-year warranty that can be renewed each year. If you have our Termi-Shield Termite Warranty, your home will be spot treated at no additional cost if we find termites around your home.
